This policy covers the website tentonix.app. Our apps have their own privacy policies, linked on each app's page, for example Glow & Flow.

2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (AWS Amplify with the Amazon CloudFront delivery network). When a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement with AWS is in place. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Amazon is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. No cookies, no tracking
The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
4. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Germany). The German version is legally binding.
